This website provides information about CorVpoint STUDIO, individual software, web and automation services, and contact or request routes.

It is intended for private persons, teams and organisations. The presentation is informative and supports the preparation of individual projects. It is not an online shop and not an automated distance-selling catalogue.

Texts, examples, indicative prices, process descriptions and technical notes published on this website are non-binding unless they are expressly designated as binding.

Only an individually confirmed offer, a contract documented in writing or electronically, a documented portal approval or another express confirmation of the scope of service is binding.

A request, project briefing, upload, appointment or technical pre-check does not create a mandate.

A contractual relationship arises only when scope, terms and acceptance have been expressly confirmed or agreed in writing. Project start, handover and productive activation may depend on customer review, complete information, agreed approvals and due deposits or milestone payments.

Such contacts alone do not create a fixed contractual relationship and do not choose a particular foreign law. Mandatory protective rights at the domicile of a consumer and mandatory data-protection and jurisdiction rules remain reserved.

The website is operated with due care. Uninterrupted availability, complete freedom from error or permanent currency of every individual item of information is not warranted.

Technical maintenance, security measures or disruptions at hosting, network or third-party providers may temporarily restrict access.
