CorVpoint STUDIO Network Analyzer shows the preferred Windows adapter with configured addresses, prefixes, gateway, DNS, DHCP, MAC address, link speed and MTU. The overview stays limited to the locally read Windows environment.
The IPv4 calculation accepts CIDR or a mask and validates contiguous masks strictly. It shows the wildcard, binary form, host range, the special cases /31 and /32, and traceable learning steps. IPv6 is shown as a safe prefix summary, without inventing a broadcast address.
The bounded subnet explorer filters entries, checks whether addresses belong to the same subnet and labels a gateway explicitly as a suggestion. A calculated suggestion is not presented as the configured Windows gateway.
Scans run only for networks you own or ranges you are expressly authorized to assess. They can be cancelled, use bounded parallelism and keep ICMP, TCP, reverse DNS and neighbor evidence separate.
DNS, route, TCP, TLS and HTTP remain separate diagnostics. A timeout stays ambiguous and is not treated as proven firewall blocking.
Versioned local installation profiles, endpoint checks, preflight and a readiness evaluation lead to concrete recommendations for the local installation.
Reports are created locally as HTML, JSON, CSV and TXT. Network Analyzer does not request credentials, does not send telemetry, does not elevate rights silently and does not change IP, gateway, DNS, routes, Registry or firewall configuration.
